His friend is helping a lot. At this moment he's down there setting the tile in the bathtub.

Yep, but he's done that for a living so it's just a breeze....
Actually he's done a lot of these things in the past.
The only really new thing is the radiant floor heating and tiling.

I'm taking more pix the afternoon after the tile is set, have to wait for the mastic to cure before grouting, then the floor and finally two potties again...

Before we moved here it was 8 people and one bathroom. We are now so spoiled that the 5 of us are having trouble sharing two. With one down OMGnoes!

We have two kids and when they were living here it was SO good to have a second toilet!

At the cottage, we often have two for nine plus people. Now THAT'S fun in the mornings and evenings! .............. NOT! =>}
