You can use borders, masks, textures, gradients, brushes, text, anything you have in your bag of graphic tricks.The only things you can't do is animate or add in another picture not from the picture provided. No manipulations,or copy and pasting from another picture to add a person not in the original picture. Sorry about long windedness just started on my first cup of coffee,not quite coherent yet.... The icon used here demonstrates pretty much everything you can't do.
