Ah, Life in the Last Frontier.
Local TV stations testing the Emergency Broadcast System this morning.
It evidently has been announced for the past week that we will be having a practice tsunami warning.
Huh? Announced where?
That's what happens if you don't watch much tv I guess.Maybe the newspaper? (not on-line).
Anyway it seems they were advertising this ahead of time because the last one had people running for higher ground
*erm what last one?
I am so far out of the loop I need a GPS to find it.
What about those that have thrown out the "mind numbing contrivance"? Will we all be swept away in a cleansing of non tv watching snobs?(Heh I don't count there ,just had to say it.)
I am however sure my Mom will call to tell me I need to get my rather generous behind in my suv ,pick her up and head for the hills should the real thing come along.

Little men running through the streets jumping up and down shouting "Tsunami!Tsunami! Run for your lives!"
