It was a "Oh, that's the card in there, no wonder" sort of epiphany from T that worked it out. The funny thing was he really couldn't see what I was talking about, it looked fine to him...weird.
So many computers hard to keep up what is in where.
New card and problem solved. Evidently it was time for an upgrade anyway.Yea!

My old card read it as CRT instead of LCD, and wouldn't give me the correct screen resolution. T was pretty sure that was the problem, but wanted me to go through all that stuff so he could just come in and save the day...my hero.*g*
