I will be helping a friend with her traveling book store at NorWesCon this weekend. Not only does this mean I get to spend an entire weekend with books, [!], and Amy [who is a good friend!!] but she's ordered me the new Dresden and will be *hand carrying* it up tomorrow!!!
Yeah, I'm a Dresden groupie. Not ashamed at all about it.
And a whole weekend playing with books. :} The whole set0up/take down part is a bit of work - picture *over* 50 cases of assorted hardback, paperback, trade, etc, but also the booksheleves they go on, etc. I am always amazed what she can pack in a standard van.
But if you ever want something you can't find anywhere else, check with Amy at 'Book Universe' [aka: AmyCat on the SG-1 and SGA lists]. She describes herself as a 'book pusher' to support her own habit. Not out of print nook usually, but sometimes she can find those too.
