I had the complete pleasure of singing The Messiah with a marvelous choir from here in Bugtussle. It was on my Big List Of Things To Do, and it would be wonderful to do again sometime.

I don't care if you're an atheist, an agnostic, a Buddhist or a Presbyterian, that music will lift your heart into your throat. It's one of the highest expressions of human creativity, and I'm so glad people are out there singing it where it can be heard by all.

The group that organized The Messiah here for years stopped a couple of years ago.I really miss singing it. Hopefully enough others do too that they'll start again sometime.

The 650 choir members were supposed to be wearing badges but it looked as if many weren't, maybe forgot or just didn't want to.
There are plenty of vids people took from different points at the event on youtube, this was from the people that put it on.
