Where in Alaska do you live, sweetie. I'm asking because we're going on an alaskan cruise. Skagway, Juneau and Victoria, BC. We're so excited. I'm dying to know how the weather will be at the very end of May and first week of June.
I live in Anchorage, but the weather has been unseasonably warm this year so no snow. Usually end of May here is very nice maybe a little cool if you're used to very warm weather. In the 50s to upper 60s. Although the last time we had a winter like this the summer was in the 80s. Skagway and Juneau I can't really say, never been there. Bring sweaters to layer cuz it gets warmer in the evening so you may want to lose a layer. I know that sounds weird but noon is not the hottest time of day here, it's closer to 5 to 7 or even later because the sun doesn't set till 11 or later depending on date. June 21, suns up all night having a party. We will gain 5 minutes of daylight every day till after the 21st of June then we start loosing 5 minutes a day till Dec 21. But you know on shipboard it's WINDY! Tank and tee or shirt then a hoodie or sweater maybe even a light weight fleece jacket.
