Four Wheel Drive Morning or The Frozen Chosen

Oh the Glories of living in the Frozen North!
It rained last night so this morning? My car was covered in a sheet of ice.
Can we say *frozen doors*? Driving was good too.the farther east we went the more icy the street became.Almost got ran over by an ambulance,slid around a corner.All before 6:30 am.
On a happier note people driving from the east seemed to have snow on their cars...at least we were spared that.
For now anyway.

That's way too early to be sliding anywhere! I hate driving on ice, that feeling your behind-end is going to arrive before your-front end.... so embarrassing *g*

At least I wasn't alone in the mayhem...the tendancy toward bumper cars is a little disconcerting though....

Disconcerting is an excellent word for it! I really hate that feeling, and in the UK we're never prepared for the conditions - it always comes as a surprise!
