It kinda looked like a "Lucy" monment to me. Oh yea, Easy to work with that face .... making these things has become a new addiction,just what I neeeded.

#12 and 13 are Capt Jack Harkness from the Dr Who season that just ended in the US. #12 is The 10th "Dr Who" , Rose and Micky from season presently showing in the UK.
#16 is Nasir from "Robin of Sherwood" as played by Mark Ryan from 1980's series from UK aired on Showtime.
As Robin once said "Nothing is forgotten". even very old tv shows.
