Greetings From Guatemala !

Well, on shipboard just leaving anyway.
Had a great day, made a couple of new friends and got a little sunburned.
Scored some coffee and a couple of gifts for the kids and even got a little wet.
Pictures will be posted when we get home next week.
Big hug to my f-list... I miss you all something terrible.
Gotta fly! well sail anyway...lol! I hate this keyboard arggh!

Whoa! Guatemala - which coast? I'm assuming - west, but... ::shrugs:: Are you travelling inland at all?

East coast, San Tomas de Castillo/Puerto Barrios(sp?).We took a trolley tour with a local company and did a little flea market shopping.
Whoa and the humidity was like 95% .Man I am not used to that!
All in all a great place to visit and I'd love to back there again someday.
The pix are still on the laptop, we are to pooped to function yet.

Awesome, walking through Mayan ruins learning how to properly climb the steps. Didn't climb too many though, the humidity was a killer.

We had a wonderful time , but boy am I glad to be home sleeping in my own waterbed. But what was I thinking Sunday night walking the French Quarter without my camera? Well, we saw a lot of *uhem inebriated Saints fans wandering around celebrating even after a loss to the Redskins (sad that).We still had to indulge and buy some "I Believe" Saints t-shirts.
My grumpy guy is very brave ... he wore his in the Dallas/Ft Worth airport::lol got not a few looks if you know what I mean.
