Some days you just gotta make a list:
Bad News
-Mom's still ( actually back) in the hospital with a staph infection from her surgery last month.
-Still no decision on moving or building or remodeling house (whatever, I've hit my stress meter limit I'm not worrying about it any more).
-We have all been sick, which makes it difficult to visit Mother in extended care or hospital, head achy, sore throats,coughing, sore muscles, achy joints, general icky feeling thing.Yuck! What elderly person recovering from surgery wants that?
-Hospital persons make me feel like bad child for not spending more time sitting up there watching my Mom sleep while trying not to cough up a lung.
Wah wah wah.
Okay, that done
Good News
-Mom seems to be doing better, still weak but better (the Drs say better).
-Days are getting longer, it's cold but not freezing eyelids shut cold.
-We are trying to get over whatever this bug is. Everyone is feeling some better.
-I have more time for icon making...
-My house is relatively clean.
-I don't have to get up at the buttcrack of dawn to go to work.
-Grumpy guy, not so grumpy right now, he's finally feeling better too.(I think it's a comparative thing, he was even grumpier when sick now just normal grumpy)
-Ravens outside the window are playing on the wind.
-Sun shining.
-Ice is off the roads (I probably shouldn't say anything there, it could snow again tomorrow)
*Hm maybe I'll go wash my car today.The doors may freeze shut but it will be clean.

She was doing much better yesterday evening , felt good enough to complain about the service.
