You may not fly and hunt the same day in Alaska. If you fly into an area you have to wait till 3pm the next day to hunt except in some areas for Caribou and deer. Aerial hunting is prohibited. Only Fish and Game or Wildlife management (by special permit only) may hunt from a plane and then only in emergency situations as in over population in an area.
